  You can count on this business! They answer the phone (something that never used to happen for us at our other doctor) and they care. Depending on the problem they will have a nurse call you back to provide advice. Or they accommodate getting you in for an appointment, even same day if it's needed. Their staff is very friendly and when you come for your appointment time you get seen at that time! No waiting for hours. This is the best family practice I could ever imagine being lucky enough to be a patient of. Thank you to all the staff there for everything you do :) I am beyond wowed.

  The phone is always busy. It seems that whenever we try and call we cannot get through and when we finally do we are put on hold right away. Trying to get in contact with this office is frustrating! The good doctors and staff are unfortunately not very accessible.
